Hmm... thank you for that excellent question Gymnjuice.  I think that if we refer back to our esteemed colleague El Diablo Blanco's first post in bhanks initial thread about this time last year "Critique review condition and size at 43" we can clearly see that the nipple issue surfaced immediately

I met him backstage in May of 1996.  He was guest posing at the Jr. Michigan.  Said he weighed 310.  His abs were quite visible.  You are 100% correct about seeing him in person.  That same summer I also saw Levrone, Dillett and Francois and because I saw Dorian 1st, those three actually were a let down.  Not that they weren't freaks in their own right, they just didn't hold a candle to Dorian.
