I know I have had better condition but this is at 230lbs last night. That is my heavy sloppy weight have also been training irradically the last few weeks due to new job and a 4 hour daily commute. But now at home working so should be able to train more. Also came off all sups as going in for blood work this morning at 227lbs after a 12 hour fast

You don`t hardly look terrible,but you got into real shitty shape really really fast compared to how you looked just a while ago........NEVER EVER EVER quit the gear cuz you`d look terrible without it or as a natty...................
........you are the personification of the term all drugs.....one month totally clean and you`d look like you never lifted.

....you built no foundation,you eat terrible,and you don`t train hard or use any result producing exercises over easier machine based bullshit.....you use easier shit that targets the same bodypart but will not impart gains like the harder exercises would do....ie. you do Hammer Pulldowns and shit but no bent over rows, T-Bar Rows, or db rows,or cleans, or shrugs....you know,the tried and true basic stuff that`s no "fun" to do......................
