Daryle Lamonica, the deep-throwing quarterback who won an AFL Player of the Year award and led the Raiders to their first Super Bowl appearance, has died. He was 80.

Lamonica actually had a higher winning percentage for the regular season then tom brady. Lamonica .805 to Brady's .769.

otto graham actually has the highest winning percentage at .814, of course he or lamonica didn't play as long as brady. back then it was a rougher game played by real men.

Brady wouldn't have lasted 5 years in the NFL if they still played by the old rules.
