Brian believes in HEAVY WEIGHTS for HIGH REPS with HIGH VOLUME. I literally couldn't walk for one week after a workout like that

In the preceding video he mentioned that he's training IFBB Pro Keone Pearson for a few months now and their first leg training didn't end well at all (probably passed out or had to break it off). I think a workout like that might even be dangerous for someone who isn't in good cardiovascular health.

IMO, that primarily came from Ronnie's post-Olympia stupidity.

It seemed self-induced to me. Brian did encourage him - but if you've heard Brian speak about it, he encouraged Ronnie to become a champion. That covers his Olympia run, but I don't think it covers what Ronnie did after.

So IMO, Ronnie is the one responsible for that. It was just his love of hard training that kept him going.

So Ronnie wasnt smart enough to figure out how to train on his own, Hobson pushes him to the next level, but then Ronnie should understand how to train safely in his post competition years, without any mentorship?
