As far as I can tell, The Powers that Be don't want a White or Black majority. The White population is going down, and the Black population is staying steady at 13%.

They want an intermediate race like Hispanics, who pose them no political threat, but who also aren't unruly in day to day things.

That’s funny stuff, as I was reading their the list I can say that I never see any black people do these things in public. All I see is them being extremely loud and rude and flipping out constantly.
