WTF?
I'm not a huge fan of DB pullovers for lats. They're okay, but IMO, the range of effective motion is too short, unless of course you modify the form a bit to target the triceps a'la a PJR pullover. That's where a quality pullover machine (Hammer, Nautilus) comes into play. In tandem with supinated pulldowns, preferably supersetted, the lats can be utterly smoked.
