a sad story to me is that Robert Frank dude - nice guy and I like his overall attitude but damn he recked his health

I always thought the screaming , intense low voice growl, rah rah rah shit all the time is DIRECTLY related to your stomach/GI track - dude literally had his colon removed

now what I am saying is - what is he didn't have to film the videos in his car - working himself up with anger and yelling and working that intense stomach/gut response - its irritating and you keep doing it over and over = colitis, blood ass syndrome

never get my guys don't just smoke herb, lay low, press weight , eat good , and make work --- this entertaining the indiots around you yelling, acting mean , doing shit they "want to see" like a clown ass

An online buddy of mine from Britian who used to post on my old forum got all fucked up....kidney trouble, and almost checked out....Paul Scarboro is his name and thankfully he`s doing a bit better these days.

Had a great shredded to the bone body before the shit hit the fan.

These guys need to fucking chill and get their heads examined dying for a hunk of plastic that les than one percent of the worlds population will ever know about and the ones who do know dont give two fucks.

PScarb's a great guy.
His Doc told him he would need a kidney ages ago, knew it was coming.
He and Toms series (Prep the Series) is now being posed on Youtube.
They do a great Podcast as well (PScarb and Tom Blackman)...
