Nothing more nutritious than a 100% processed food diet. Again if you guys want to drink you meals and don't want to give up carbs, then 8oz raw milk, 4 whole eggs, 1 banana, ice, toss that In a blender and drink that 6 times a day. At least your getting real food, not to mention you can tell people you're on a raw diet because technically you're not eating any cooked food.

when i was moving up from middleweight to light heavy i drank 6 eggs in orange juice for breakfast and same meal right before bed, but i ate all day long chicken and rice or fish and rice

when it was time to diet i mixed the eggs with v8 juice,  much less sugar than orange juice

needless to say i fucking hate eggs

id rather drink a chocolate shake

this is about looking a certain way on the outside,  you mention health?  wtf is health

its about looking a certain way, not like the average slob who drinks cow puss (milk) and has as much sugar in it as a coke

Normally 3 whole meals for me and 2 whey isolate shakes with some whole foods mixed in like blueberries, oats, almond butter and coconut water. I’m getting to the point where I’m tired of eating meals unless I’m at a steakhouse or Mexican restaurant Labrada style! I need 3600 calories and I’m only 190 at the moment, so it’s a pain in the ass

the shit you eat and post is NOT "whole" food - fckn Taco Bell and whatever that highway 55 burger place is called

hot dogs ? Jesus Christ don't call that shit food - how many times do you have to wipe your ass after a Sunday of good ole whole food consumption ??

you don't even have a Whole Foods in the outer banks - goto Rahliegh or Wilmington and goto Whole Foods - but don't go as a spectator or tourist - buy shit from there every week for 6 months - I guarantee your gh would work better, you won't take reatrd shits, your skin and hair will improve and you lose that old lizard look you get from being 50yr old on gh constantly (thick skin) and a terrible processed food fast food cooking oils excreeint through your skin look

All food has waste product
The more nutritious the food the less waste
And yes , people in a deficit still shit, but not as much as people like you who put shit in that your body cant even utilise

So it isnt nonsense, and if you cant see that "less in means less out" then you are truly fucked.

I've known plenty of people that have gone with a 1 meal per day (breakfast) and the next 5-6 meals nothing but shakes and a spoonful of all natural peanut butter.  They all seem to be happy with it and say it's nothing once you get used to after the second week.  Seems to work and they appear healthy.

I have never tried it because other than Beverly, all powders out there just sit in my stomach too long.  There have been times when I relied mostly my homemade protein shake (liquid egg whites + Fairlife 2% chocolate milke) for a couple of days in a row for my calories and protein and didn't have a problem with it.  But have not tried it long term.  I only have done this mostly after traveling on a photo gig internationally or a cruise and eating too much food - both in quantity and/or with food that is not normally in my diet.  A couple of days of nothing but these shakes always brings me back to normal.

I do the same, if I eat for a couple days outside my normal diet (like sodium bloat from a Chinese buffet, etc) a couple days with mainly shakes and a salad and im good.
Hate the bloated feel, uncomfortable..

Raw milk is super fatty and tastes like ice cream or heavy whipping cream, it's fucking delicious, throw some eggs, and a banana and you have a delicious and most important nutrient dense meal.

Drinking all shakes you miss out on some micronutrients but whey is not a supplement, it's food. Powdered food. People ask what's better, whey or food protein. They are both food. But say you eat a big steak once a day, you get the micros you need, the ones that are in meat. Then you eat some fruits and vegetables etc to get the rest. Whey can be a perfect part of your diet. Bodybuilder whole food diets are often really restrictive causing all sorts of deficiencies. Say chicken and rice and broccoli, you think that covers everything optimally? Not even close. Many bodybuilders do a lot of peanut butter for fats but I think something like egg yolks would be better. You have choline and other important nutrients in there.

Many say Beverly is in its own class but I think it must be a placebo effect for the most part. They don't have their own source for whey or other milk products. Unfortunately these companies don't often say where they source their protein from because then the savvy consumers would source their raw materials much cheaper.

That said, if Beverly was available in my country I would try it. If the flavoring is excellent and you can trust the label is accurate I wouldn't mind paying more.

Mike is 60? If the muscle rags were still the rage he would be profiled in every one. Hard to date women near your age when looking like a jacked 22 year old. Amazing physique.

Mike you look great. Would never have guessed that you were near 60!

So if i. Reading correctly.  About 40% of your diet is protein and 60% is carbs. No fats ?
Yes those are accurate numbers…. (Once in awhile I’ll add some extra virgin olive oil to the shakes but normally low or no fat ) Also people keep saying “ rice crispie treats “ it’s the cereal which has very little sugar in it (4 grams per cup and a half and the one I use is even lower) … so low or no sugar …probably not a good idea diet wise (esp for a MR Olympia contender ) but it works for me / keeps me in the game!

I can attest to this ,though our resident  180 pound MONSTER Hanky will just call me small but training for a contest.....something he knows nothing about I might add.....I would wake up at the same time daily, train at the same times every day,eat at the same times....four meals and two shakes a day,hit the bathroom at approximately the same times every day,go to bed at the same time nightly.....my body was thriving on this daily routine....and my meals were average size but my shits were tiny cuz I was training so fucking hard 6 days a week.....{something else he knows nothing about} my body utilized almost all of my food intake for energy/fuel and repair.

DISCLAIMER:  NO COBBLER OR MDMA WAS ON MY DIET.
