Skin is not discolored like Hanky or riddled with tears.
Do you still follow a bb diet? Also, how did you find training in your 40s and 50s? any changes you needed to make.
I eat sort of clean I guess, but also normal food like Italian subs and stuff.
I'd say I eat 3 clean meals a day (Oatmeal, Yogurt (breakfast), Chicken, Pasta (lunch 1), (Cold cut sandwich (lunch 2) Stir Fry (dinner) but then ice cream at night and a Poptart after lunch, etc.
I eat a couple apples and bananas each day when snacking. Weekends I eat a lot of crap like Pizza, candy, etc.
I used to be much more strict. I tend not to overeat on calories though, when I tried to push it, my stomach grew. Didnt like it.
So 35 lbs in 35 years is how I grew. (As a natty). I jumped on TRT (.5 cc) when I turned 50 and I think it allows me to hang on to what I have (I stay in med-high normal range of 700 total test).
Training, no I still push hard, lower-back is telling me to ease up (I think mainly is from sitting all day for work/job). It stiffened me up (back, hips) over the last decade, but trying to work on that.
