Is it not the case that these people are allowed their opinions? Are they bigots?? Wha..whu..wh... cue SJW meltdown when they realise they have to edumacate ACTUAL Africans without imposing Western cultural elite positions (positions that also patronise hard-working Africans, BTW, but that's another post entirely)...

One of my former friends, now an ivory tower rabid liberal ideologue, had nothing but the most effusive praise for black voters in Alabama, where the black vote kept Roy Moore from winning a senatorial race because, y'know, irrespective of any evidence, four legs good, two legs bad! :/
The same demographic was overwhelming against gay marriage, trans this or that, and the concept that gender is a societal construct; curiously, however, you don't see liberals decry black folk for their "intolerance." Instead, they offer excuses and elaborate rationalizations why a black man is okay to fall short of true liberal enlightenment.
How is that arrogance, that quasi-omniscient narration NOT racist?
