Have to change tires on girlfriend's car
Outvoted on any decisions in the house
Get rid of pool table
Racing cars will either be sold or placed into storage to allow parking space for soccer mom SUV

I`m happy as a pig in shit....he hasn`t worked in years and now at 44 years of age has to support someone elses kids and comes on here whining about his job interfering with his training when I used to unload trucks at the Post Office all day long and then hit the gym and train with a guy named Ray Harris the biggest most dedicated animal I ever met in bodybuilding and I never missed a day.....we trained for two hour six days a week and worked forty hours or more.

Why the issue, don`t you get a lunch break ?

You have to burn more calories that`s why it`s called work......with your Chrohns this is probably the best thing that could happen to you having to cut down on all that unecessary crap you` been eating couldn`t have been helping out your already compromised/overtaxed digestive system.

Jobs and kids never got in the way of training. I would leave work at 3:30 back in the day, be at the gym by 4 PM, my wife would meet me there, with the kids, etc.
They would play in the gym-daycare while we trained.

Even the 1st one as a new-born, we'd train in the home-gym with the baby sleeping in the carrier, etc.

Bhanks, when I was in college not George Mason an actual real college. I worked at a auto plant I would just slam shakes. Oats protein pb. 2 mins could say your going to the bathroom and get the cals in.

I used to do the same thing....would even eat a can of tuna or a chicken breast that I brought with me to work.....I scarfed that shit down quick and no one was the wiser.

I think Brian is serious, he just goes about things a certain way. He likes what he see's these days from the Mass Monsters.

The word "smart" is never comingled with "Hardcore" and "Extreme".
There is a smart way to go about things, and a hardcore way, and they are not 2 in the same.

It obviously works for him, he just seems hung up on being a mass-monster when he doesnt have the genetics for it like Walker, etc.
