Bhank did you whine and complain about your back problems to your fellow Lowe’s employees?

I guarantee that they all got together and laughed about you. 😂

x2 they are probably laughing at the bodybuilding MMA fighter / dirt-track racer / elite athlete / etc. who couldn’t stand up for a bit.

I would have thought once you were outed for having actual tits you would stop photoshopping tits onto other men. I mean you are just outing yourself as a fag and now I am outing you as a slob with actual tits they are saggy as well. Have you no shame?

Holy fuck do you people really not take multiple variables into account when making decisions??? They also didn't pay enough money

So you were just bored at home and decided and to apply for the first job you got offered.

Actually,  you said you wanted a rent a cop uniform.

Why not apply at McDonald's they wear uniforms?

I'm sure the employment was court ordered.

In college I actually squatted 425 for 6 reps but yes that was 20 years ago I never claimed to have done it recently

I've got strength tales from when I was 20 too.

Memories like that are good.

For me that's over 40 years ago.

Much better!

I would like to see the shirt sleeve rolled up another inch and maybe go with shades for the next pic.

Jane, you must know the tales of the great Healy Hankin.

Anorexic, yet eating 4000 cals… used canes his entire life yet in the military.

IQ test scores that belong in the record books but fired from Lowe’s.

When do you think you can squat 426 for 6 reps? 6 months? 6 years?

I like how you think.

Show your Strength and power under control. Master the weight before you show getbig. We will see how easy you get 425 and then challenge you to a cool 500 pound squat.

Its a subtle strategy.

Don’t you think he should actually get 225 X 6 first ?

Jane I understand your point here. You should build a "base" and have a solid foundation before moving onto bigger weights.

But we are talking about Bhanks. He will pull a jedi mind trick on the 425 so it will feel like 135. Powerlifting is 75% mental, 15% having the proper equipment (knee braces, belt, etc.) 7% technique  and 3% physical strength.

Mentally Brian can not be beat and having the right mindset is the real battle.  Tbh i'm a little disappointed he's not going heavier but I also get it.

So to answer your question, no 225 is a waste of time for where bhanks is going. He is living the mantra of "go big or go home".

Being from UK, I don't understand how you can have a beautiful house like hanky has without being decently rich.

That's an elite tier house out here (as we're a densely populated, small island).

This thread is first hand evidence that Bhanks will just quit and go home.

Bhanky must have been doing well but then fell on hard times.
