Sorry to hear the kid is sick, and no worries about dying in my mind I feel like a kid again.....also I will be competing at the Masters Nats next year.....it`ll be my last contest/....may do a warmup also, don`t forget I hadn`t touched a weight in 5 years straight and lived on junk food.....I`m back and on fire both mentally{motivated bigtime} and when I train, I go all out on all sets no half measures.

I'm gonna assume the kid wasn't yours. When you die does the skinny blonde and her brood get the house? I bet that was the plan. Have you drive around her covid positive child so you definitely catch it and then keep those fingers crossed hoping you croak.

Multivariate analysis notwithstanding, now you quit:

A) Because they had you moving heavy stuff outside your job description
B) Because they wanted too many hours
C) Because you had to work on getting documents to that other job 1.5 hrs away; and
D) Because they didn't pay enough?

Why would you take a job like this?  You had to know the pay and hours going in.

This is starting to sounds like why you backed out of that show.  First it was too far to drive (5 hours).  Then it was that you couldn't stand up because you got sick from the sauna.  Then it was that you took speed from your housekeeper.  Then it was because you didn't think the competition would be good enough because you looked too good.

4 hours is the time limit for car travel. Once you go over 4 hours with no movement there is a near 100% chance the nutrition cocoon will collapse upon itself.

I think she may get hoisted on her own petard because I don't think he owns the home (but is telling her he does).  Why would he take a low paying awful job for a few hundred bucks a week if he owned that house?  He could easily pull some bucks out that he could live off for years without noticing it.  Possibly either he doesn't own it or maybe he inherited it along with some other siblings and is living there as a caretaker until it's sold and the proceeds split up?

Adding 20 more pounds to recalled squat every 9 months equtes to adding 80 pounds every three years (aboout 27 pounds a year).  So he'll be up to over 500 by some time in 2025 with no extra effort at all!

I said I squatted 405 for reps as we had been discussing 405  I never said I dodnt also squat more for reps and again doesnt matter I will do ao again soon enough. Also I got my blinds in my office fixed 2 inch natural wood slats I think they turned out pretty good and I like the green carpet it’s the color of money. I had the entire upstairs redone in tile a few years back I deliberatly kept the carpet in the office. The downstaurs is a mix of heated tile in the living room and kitchen and bayhroom hardwood in the hallways and dining room and then carpet in the downstairs master bedroom office and laundry room. Since everyone is so concerned with my flooring and window treatments. also fuck pulking money out of my house no thanks and do you guys have any idea the upkeep on a place like this? My damn electric  bill is 500 a month. I had to have an electrician service my dock boat lift today and a plunber is coming monday to fix a shower issue hell I jusr replaced my own aplliances and an HVAC unit those are not cheap. A tree damaged my roof last year and one actuallt fell in the pool a couple years back speaking of which the pool cleaner cost money and the maid isnt free. Every car and boat is more personal property and insurance hell my insurance on the house is like 12k a year or more now as I am in a damn hurricane flood zone I also have an exterminator charging me monthly to fill rodent kill bait boxes outside even the fucking rooster and chickens need to eat not just the people the struggle is real

If your 355 squat is any indication of your 405 squat.

You will not be able to squat 405, no chance.

20 pounds added to a 405 lb squat in 9 months would put bhankenstein at a 6.17% yearly increase and have him repping 484.686 lbs in 2025.
