I said I squatted 405 for reps as we had been discussing 405  I never said I dodnt also squat more for reps and again doesnt matter I will do ao again soon enough. Also I got my blinds in my office fixed 2 inch natural wood slats I think they turned out pretty good and I like the green carpet it’s the color of money. I had the entire upstairs redone in tile a few years back I deliberatly kept the carpet in the office. The downstaurs is a mix of heated tile in the living room and kitchen and bayhroom hardwood in the hallways and dining room and then carpet in the downstairs master bedroom office and laundry room. Since everyone is so concerned with my flooring and window treatments. also fuck pulking money out of my house no thanks and do you guys have any idea the upkeep on a place like this? My damn electric  bill is 500 a month. I had to have an electrician service my dock boat lift today and a plunber is coming monday to fix a shower issue hell I jusr replaced my own aplliances and an HVAC unit those are not cheap. A tree damaged my roof last year and one actuallt fell in the pool a couple years back speaking of which the pool cleaner cost money and the maid isnt free. Every car and boat is more personal property and insurance hell my insurance on the house is like 12k a year or more now as I am in a damn hurricane flood zone I also have an exterminator charging me monthly to fill rodent kill bait boxes outside even the fucking rooster and chickens need to eat not just the people the struggle is real

Is all that wood paneling and wooden blinds a North Carolina thing? It seems like something from the 70s.

The Outer Banks is nice there are 140 miles of sandy beaches. I can have my boat on the water and I am near family. I lived here before I moved to Maui when I came back Stateside I moved here but I have lived here on and off for decades. This house would also cost a fortune in Ca and taxes would be quadruple you get a good bang for your buck here. Its not too hot like Florida either. Now my son is in NC so I have to stay in NC. My girlfriend is a lawyer here as well so I can't just pick up and move now and I have too much crap to move this is it.

I also lived in Park Slope Brooklyn for a few years as a child when my single mother worked on Wall Street. I know all about NYC. Again never lied I can squat 405lbs for a rep. I choose to train reps instead once no one gave me credit for the 355lbs I figured why bother risking it for nothing. Have been working on perfecting my form instead. Soon enough it won't even be a risk. In 4 weeks I will give you guys a 315lb video for reps. When I do make the 405lb video it will be beyond reproach. I don't want to hear I was shaking or didn't go deep enough.
