Its a mobile home, not the Taj Mahal..they are very inexpensive to purchase and pay off quickly on a working mans salary.  You dont even need a down payment...just a job...even flipping burgers.  Thats why i bought it so i no longer have to pay rent which is like 1200 bucks a month for decent roach free place  There's a 70 page thread of the whole thing from inspecting it with the sales rep, to moving it , to getting everything put together,  a youtube video tour and anothet video explaining why i bought it.
