Typical lib doublespeak and newspeak:

"we need to examine the communities most disproportionately impacted by the inequitable outcomes of past policies and identify those most at risk of not achieving sustainable outcomes using metrics that typically are not factors in communities with incomes that would tend to indicate those that have benefited greatly from such policies. The salient question is not of outcomes but a question of potential in the untapped resources provided by.... "

I mean you can listen to a lib talk for hours and never hear them say a goddamn thing.
