One teenager was killed and multiple people, including a D.C. Metropolitan Police Officer, were shot at a Juneteenth event around the 14th Street Corridor on Sunday evening, authorities confirmed.

Officials believe only one person was responsible for the shooting, and authorities are still searching for a suspect. It's not entirely clear whether they have identified a person of interest.
