The Squat Thread

Ok I know they are a little high the squat rack with the mirror was taken so couldnt really tell. Also just switched to 275 for working sets last week. Depth and form will improve as I will stay here for a bit. Pussies will just criticize real men will post there own. Regardless this is 275x8

This is me squatting 600 a million years ago.
No I can’t do it now.We didn’t have video cameras with us at all times back then so this is the best I have.

Keep squatting a little less weight, you will get better at squatting.

Squatting is difficult- that's why I don't do it anymore, lol. Seriously, it is a very athletic movement, just like the clean and jerk. Props to those that do them.

  Clean form, good reps. You could go down to 205 and get out sets of 15-20 which would lock up the legs and get more growth. The guy in my gym with the best legs puts on 185 on squat and knocks out 5 sets of 20 controlled deep after pre exhausting with hams and extension supersets. He rarely squats, does a lot more leg presses to fully concentrate on the legs.

Hankins video didn’t work for me but I don’t squat so any squats are better than mine haha. Hendas squats look very deep, if I did that I would be stuck in the hole. Heavy weight cook, impressive.  Hope you are feeling better Henda.

I do bodyweight squat but that’s all I can handle haha as far as squats go.

Not that anyone gives a shit, but I always felt more prefer front squats - I always try to picture those famous pic of Dave Draper, right in the hole...
