There's something ridiculous about Tom Platz. Hard to explain.
Is it his strict form while performing squats, that he describes as an almost religious experience, yet throws all caution to the wind for every other exercise imaginable.
Maybes its his grandiose descriptions of mundane experiences in his life?
Could it be when he took a phone call from Arnold and later on the same 3 minute call said goodbye to Franco?
Maybe it’s his unusual or dated clothing attire, sporting the oversized tie and suspenders combination in 2022?
Perhaps, though, it’s that he finally joined the supplement industry, 35 years after his competitive career. And the fact that the product he introduces is a new protein powder; which combines whey isolate, organic coconut and grass fed kidney and liver. Oh and it’s priced to ship!
He doesn’t seem like a used car salesman, Platz just comes across as a genuine and authentic dude!
