MM, have you discussed hormones on here before? What's your typical dosage? Ever had any bad side effects?

Also MM what OTC supplements did you use that helped you win this show?

For example when Ronnie Coleman was winning the O he used a product like NoXplode, a nutritional aid developed by scientists. When he retired he used RC Signature Series - which many believe lead to his health problems. One of the main arguments is that Ronnie has no scientific background to formulate effective supplements.

These are points to ponder.

I want to point this out with out being rude. MM is an IFBB Pro willing to push the normal boundaries and limits of mankind, FF is a valued poster who’s afraid of (his own) germs and probably never took a set to complete failure.

I never take drugs, never shoot anything into my body.

All I have used are natural supplements.

Here is what I use for prepping shows.

In the morning, a cup of greens with a scoop of vitality c (6.5g), 3 capsules of bcaa(1.5g per capsule), 4 capsules of lcarnitine(500mg per capsule) and 3 capsules of magnesium (100mg per capsule) right after I get up.

With meal 3, 1 capsule of vitamin b12 (400mcg), 2 tablets of cataplex f, 2 tablets of hypothalmex, 2 tablets of ribonucleic acid and 2 capsules of lcarnitine.

Pump the brakes buddy, that is no way to speak to Getbig’s only IFBB Pro.

Let’s have some decency and respect around here…like I’ve always shown to fellow Getbig posters.

Yes, I enjoy cooking.

And for bodybuilding, I think it is much better to cook for myself. I need to know what kind of food and how much I put in my mouth.

I take it you weigh or measure everything you eat and drink.

I cook all my own food.....the wife can`t cook to save her own life and she ain`t killing me anytime soon.

I used to enjoy cooking. Not so much these days. Cooking for one is a pain unless you like eating leftovers.

It is good that you like to cook. My wife was an excellent cook. She had so many cook books, they filled a wall of bookcases in our kitchen. she also clipped recipes and put them in binders. I was a lucky fellow who ate well, better than I do these days.

I would call you a liar based on your progress pics, but your contest pics make this more believable. Great achievement with your physique as it would take many years of consistency and hard work to get your look naturally.

I've found that sometimes when a photo is too large it will do this. Check out this link https://www.lifewire.com/why-is-my-picture-turned-sideways-1701398. There are many free photo editing programs you can download. 'Paint' is very basic and easy to use. This is a link to download it, https://ms-paint.en.softonic.com It is also available at the online Microsoft store. It is free.

I recommend Dawn for cleaning dishes.

She's the best.
