Pull day today.

I’m still trying to recover my body and get back to normal.

Some exercises from today in the video, rack pull, dumbbell rows, pull-ups.

Leg day today, nothing fancy and nothing too much.

After one month without training, I need some time to get back on the track.

I am also testing out my new gear, the Nike romaleos 4 weightlifting shoes and my custom Cardillo belt. They are very good, comfortable, and strong support.

I have a Cardillo as well.  Was given to me by the Sorinex crew.   I love it.  Old school as F!

Do you do this because you genuinely find it useful or because you have OCD?

I find it useful keeping a journal  log when joining a new gym for maybe 4 to 6 weeks because it's new equipment and even free weights can feel a little different.

After that you know what you need to do weights and reps wise without having to think about it too much, and the journal becomes a bit pointless.

My buddy Dave Mastorakis kept a journal since he was sixteen all the way to competing against Platz,Samir, and Pearson as well as many other notables.

He would write down everything and at times would try to duplicate a certain level of conditionied.....worked at times, other times it didn`t.

Without reading everything here it looks like you won a contest and a "pro card".  Congratulations, sir!  Well done, indeed.
