Great job....Drop-Sets are brutal.............super high intensity where you`re heart is beating like a runaway train and you can`t breathe for shit.....but we love it.   ;D

These two belts are laser tattooed with custom design. I’m also ordering two other belts from Cardillo, which are made with leather and embroidery design.

I got 20% off for my order, not because I am a pro, but I ordered more than one belt.

For that little bird, it’s from a Japanese toy brand, which is my favorite plush toy.

Manatees are my favorite animal.

That’s why I put them on my belt.

Rep range depends on different phases of training. It could be 5-6 reps to 30+ reps.
