What about it.....post contest rebound is a pretty common occurrence but keep in mind all people are different....MM is not the same person as your buddy.

What about it is that it is interesting and I am curios to see how much he rebounded. I think we all agree he looked better a couple weeks out and cut to much. Yes he won his class but he looked better a couple weeks prior. If we knew how much he rebounded we could then see how depleted he actually was I think he was too depleted. I am betting he rebounded significantly already. I am also curios if he is lifting again yet as the rebound is considered ana anabolic period. Some peopel say dont rebound too much others so blow up curios which way he is going. He knows he needs more soze to compete as a Pro lets start documenting the gains. You cant just ignore your weight you have to force the issue some.

He won his contest and you didn't win yours. Therefore he cut and timed everything better than you did.

Seems to be eating pretty clean, as opposed to most other competitors. Will help at avoiding the water rebound that’s pretty dangerous.

Lol, I wouldn’t touch chicken or eggs for at least two weeks after my shows.

Cool story bro.

You should understand water weight fluctuations pretty well by now.

Seeing as the only "gains" you have made are water from the drugs you take.

My college roomy was a national champion and was around 170 and went to 145 in a couple days also.

It was commonly done in those days.

Not trying to compete with Mm just curios how much he rebounded sorry for actually asking a bodybuilding  question. I think Mm would agree with me he looked better a couple weeks out. I bet he looks better now than he did on stage probably much fuller and more vascular

Quite the curious one aren`t you?

How do you know he wants to complete as a pro?

Why does he need to weigh more if he improves his build without gaining weight?

Do you think the rain will hurt the rhubarb?

He has already gained 15lbs his arms looked better before he depleted he isnt going to improve at 154lbs if you add muscle you add weight its that simple. He also said he wants to compete as a pro but needs some gains first. If he takes some time bulking now he can get to a pro stage next year but he isnt doing a pro show at 154lbs. Its time for Mm to bulk up

If you say so

I'm glad we can agree on something.

Drop the Anadrol for 2 weeks and post a picture.

MM starts a thread to share his post-contest food/diet and hanky has to post a pic in his thread........GEEZUS.  ::)

This is an IFBB Pro sharing his nutrition plan with us Hanky....not some guy who uses the outdated term "bulking up" as an excuse to eat all kinds of crap because he has no discipline.... just start another thread with your pics attention whore.

Something to add and something worthwhile to add are two massively different things…
