It's not gyno. I've ruled that out.

There's no hard lump there. I'm just wondering if it's body fat or water. Because how to correct it will depend on that.

But none of that matters - the bottom line is that I don't have pecs. As long as that remains the case [which it will], my chest won't look good.

Here is a photo taken 90 seconds ago. I really think that's a body fat issue, which wouldn't be noticeable if my pecs could grow.

But they can't grow. I will bench press 405-lb with the way things are going, and I'll still have no chest. So it's obviously just genetics.

You haven`t even done one yet.....what you talking `bout Willis....you wasted a tiny amount of gear to become heavier in bodyweight/fatter in most areas of your body though you are a strong fucker but no one on the street would know that.

IMO,you should have done a minimum of 250 mgs. of Sust per seek along with 25 mgs. of Anadrol then increase the Anadrol to 50 mgs. about halfway through the total amount of pills you had..... until your gear was gone, or switched to no orals and 500 mgs. of Test perhaps until you tapered off and stopped the cycle but that old Cancer may have reared it`s ugly head......if you knew how to eat clean and included some walking on a treadmill you could have looked great following my advice above and that`s not a lot of gear at all.

You do realize their are idiots out there who do 105 injections per week and take tons of every compound available and don`t ever come off gear.....the comparatively light cycled I outlined above is nothing to worry about but you worry so much your worries may have willed you to get sick and die just by the power of suggestion alone.   ;D

^ That is form you can be critical of, but even then, I don't have a FOOT left to go down there. Even THAT rep MAY be six inches.

Furthermore, NATURALLY the rep range will diminish as you do more reps! Anyone who has done an 8-rep max would know that.

As for the rep being shaky...shaky reps are still completed reps.  As for WHY my reps are shaky - I would assume my stabilizer muscles need to adjust to heavier weight for lower reps. Which they will now that I'll be training heavy week after week.

Notice he says pull the dumbells down and his elbows are 45 degrees and his hands are shoulder level at the bottom

Each rep should be like the first when you bring the dumbells up they should start from the shoulder

Regardless of how big you think I look in the video I am 225lbs this morning. My left arm is taping just over 18.5 cold and the right is taping 18 cold. The forearms tape 16 and are vascular as all hell. The one quad I taped was 26.5 yesterday and the waist is 33 the calves are 17 and my bodyfat is right around 10%. The neck is 18.5 cold and 19 flexed cold. At 44 years old I think that is damn good. No one and I mean no one sees me in real life and doesn't think I am some kind of bodybuilder/weightlifter whether I am in clothes or not.

With the amount of energy Eddie is saving by not bringing the numbers up 4-6", I could put that energy into lowering my reps by that same amount. That would add reps, and then I'd get Getbig's pass for "perfect form" apparently [only on Getbig do half reps count as perfect form and bad form on the same page of the same thread].

Of course in reality, there are flaws in both my form [on the lower end] and on Eddie's form [who doesn't come CLOSE to locking out any single rep].

My expectation was by posting that video of Eddie, that the people trashing my lift would point to that OBVIOUS flaw in Eddie's form.

Why would I take someone as credible who does that? It's now obvious to me that no matter how I improve my form, B. Hank will still trash it.

You havent improved your form at all you do the exact same thing in every lifting video the delts and the chest both engage and stretch on the lower part of the lift which you do not do at all when bench pressing or "shoulder" pressing dumbells you will never develop a chest until you learn to stretch at the bottom and squeeze you are just doing fucking tricep presses

Then instead of watching the video where I carefully explained the issue to you and thinking about it and lowering the weight and trying it then reporting back the difference you just get mad and start ranting about how you are the strongest person on getbig bullshit you are not strong at all. You did one rep with the 100s the first rep where you pressed it off your shoulder and it was a mssive struggle for you which is why you then half repped your set. You need to press it off the shoulder everytime and weight lifting 101 teaches you not to bend your fucking wrist.

Do you compete in powerlifting have you ever once or olympic style lifting? No and you are 40 years old so shut the fuck up about being the strongest ever you are not you are just doing the exercise wrong then complaining you wont grow despite using a lot of weight wrong.

You have to much ego to listen and learn and therefore you will never progress

Those are my stats if you think that is small whatever but those are my stats. It would be an extreme struggle for me to make light heavy at this point. I plan to add another inch to the quads and then cut to 225lb heavy next July so hoping to add another 5-10lbs over the next 10 months. I also have dropped some water to get to 225lbs as I was holding too much at 230lbs
