Same, 500mg. 

But I'm really sensitive to "test flu" and to reactions from short esters.  These days I stay on a 125mg/week TRT dose of Test E. and add SARMs/anavar/turinabol as I see fit.  Unlike test, SARMs and orals tend to agree with me, and I feel that TRT+SARMs is a relatively safe way to look good.  (It's also less illegal, which is important as I live in a European country where cops don't have anything better to do...)

This is another reason not to pin your delts as it is a small visible muscle group if something goes wrong better to be in a large muscle that no ones sees like your glute or quads

That used to happen to me.....I`d have an egg sized lump on my glute and when I  tried to lay on a bench to do crunches......fucking painfully impossible.
