In fairness, Bezos is like 5'3" and Musk is 6'1".  He could have all the muscles in the world, but Bezos would still look like a very small and inferior specimen next to Musk.

I believe it's in our genes to a certain degree, the biological procreation "need to further and continue our bloodline"-thing, which men have different degree of controlling today.

There's no way he's 198 pounds.  198 pounds at 6'2" is slim.  Barrel-torso Musk looks like he's pushing 230.
