talk about gaining pounds,most of u people won't believe me but i gained 35lbs within 2 months.i was once weighed around 72kgs and i always wanted 2 have that big strong man look.then i started to eat like a wimp and kept on eating and eating...my diet was 6 cheese sandwiches with milk in breakfast,then 6 breads pieces with 4 pieces of chicken in lunch,then 4 breads with 3 eggs post work out with milk and then in my dinner i ate again 6 bread pieces with cooked vegetables with milk.90% of u won't believe this diet but it is true.i ate this much for 2 months straight never missing a day without this diet and i literally stuffed my stomach with food.and the result was i gained 30-35lbs of weight with only 10lbs of muscle.my waist was 38inches and i lost all stamina.my arms got smaller, my ass got wider and was just a big fat slob...in kilograms i was a whooping 87kgs of mostly fat and more fat..then when all the fat was troubling me i decided to reduce.i came down from 87kgs to 70kgs of healthy weight.i did that my dieting to the max and i lost 2kgs per month and lost all that fat in 5 months.i know most of u might b thinking i am just making up a stupid story but its not.in fact i dieted like the pros do.i got rid of the sugar and i did not included sugar in my diet for few months.damn it was so hard to exclude sugar from your diet.i became weak,i always used to have migraines and i always use to feel miserable all the long.after i lost all my extra weight i got back to the normal diet and learned a lesson that ONE SHOULD NOT FORCEFULLY EAT JUST TO GAIN WEIGHT..no way.be normal,eat normal and exercise.
