The other thing to think about, what most dont is your training and diet (when building muscle).

The they post their workout (3 sets of 10 on cable curls, 3 sets of 10 on pec-deck, etc).
No 'progression plan', no heavy barbell training, no 'intensifiers" etc. (overload, negatives, rest-pause, etc).
Basically, training like a twink.
People always ask for the best program, there isn't one. The main thing that matters is what ohers can not measure (only you can) intensity and effort.
But Brian mentioned it, the cream isnt the best method, if you dont mind pinning yourself, you should re-visit, say the cream isnt good.
(Transferring it to wife during banging her, or whatever).
