Thats you not me....these machines allow folks to stay consistent in working out when they cant make it to the gym.  Now if i had the room or a garage then i would go all out in freeweights, squat rack, etc...after all i sold tons of BodySolid equipment.   But i have very little space sp i make due with what i got.  Just put up a video showing my home gum
