notice how Hankins has been conspicuously quiet when confronted by a real bodybuilder?

^^This, lol  He seems to have disappeared all of a sudden.

Matt.

I have indeed pulled 500 X 20 on several occasions. Oh- no straps. True story.

I have not pulled 585 X 20.

My “recent” powerlifting PR’s in competition are:

606 squat
330 bench press
644 deadlift

While lifting in the 242 pound class.  Raw.

A long long time ago, I pulled 600 X 10. No straps, weighing 275. Long time ago my friend.

Tommy there a lot of members who would love to be on the receiving end of you pulling them raw for 20 reps.

GB'rs who walk the walk get all the respects.  You Sir - all the respect!

 :)

Funny story Crusher… the gang at my primary gym are often talking sass “Hey Pops! Tell us how it was back in the day…”.    “Hey old timer, how was it training with Dorian and Flex and Big Louie?” How come you never competed against those guys?”

When I started to tighten up and we discussed doing a show one of the kids said… “Old Tom talked the talk, now he’s going to walk the walk!”

Made me smile.

Tommy as stated you looked great, but your back is at another level.

Nicely done man.

Right on DD!

From all my years of competitive powerlifting I thought my back should be a strong body part. Until the last 10 days it remained “soft and blurry” and I could not really flex it with any strength. Then one day in a posing session with my guys the boys all started screaming- “Dude!! WTF!” Your back is dry and your Christmas tree is popping!”

We all started laughing.

I said, “Well fuck- 30 years of pulling 600 for reps is finally paying dividends.” Now if I can just flex my lats maybe I can look respectable on stage.

Congrats Mr. Wishbone. Very impressive. They should give your back and traps it's own pro card already.

600 x 10 is pretty freaking awesome.

Holy shit that is some heavy work that has paid dividends.

Excellent job Tommy the diet must have been brutal.

With all the talapia consumption I feel like there should be a shart joke in there somewhere….

I’m going to try to pull 600 on my next back day and see how many reps I can do, or if I can even get it up off the ground.

Well done TWB…. I need to send Jane a link to your post.

I like how you left in the whole eggs. Egg whites suck ass. Agreed, Walter. Diet needs more Orange roughy and oily, explosive sharts for diuretic purposes….

Tommy! You have always been one of my favorite Getbiggers. You are never afraid to give your raw opinion on things, and can be funny as hell.

Always figured you were a powerlifter, and had no idea that you were 60 years old  :o

You are one of the few who talk the talk, and walk the walk. Congrats, old man.

Rambone!   We left the whole eggs in the entire 14 weeks.  They never left.

I never did any cardio. Zero. At 60 years old it’s easy for me to lose weight and even easier for me to lose muscle. I tried really hard not to lose any muscle- I didn’t have any extra muscle to lose!

Started prep at 238-240 pounds.  Weighed in at the contest at 212.4.

While I did no cardio, I did lots of supersets, giants sets, fast pace training. Hours of practice posing and did many high volume body part workouts. I trained abs 4-5 days per weeks at the end.

And brother I just stumbled across a combination of PEDs that really had my BMR cranked up.

Very minimal night sweats but my base metabolic rate was flying.

Hell yeah! You’re shredded to the bone and kept it a secret from Getbig which makes it even better. Thanks for the inside look on the diet and training. Once my wife and I are done trying for kids, I’m thinking about doing a small show (just for the blue stars). Fresh receptors of peace….

Doing a "small show" can mean a lot of things. An OnlyFans experience for Prime? Screwing fruit like Kai?

You must be more specific.

Rambone let me know if you need any help at all. When it comes to having kids the trying part is relatively simple, it can be tiring and it may be beneficial to have a spotter to assist. PM me for more information.
