He might recover his natural production after a certain time.  Could take months or even a year or more.

Likely he doesn't want to go through all that time with below normal to zero natural test production.  He'd lose all his gains and feel like crap.

He could recover some or all of his natural levels or also not.  Most likely he would but it would take awhile.

Sure stay fit, stay on trt but you'll need a whole different identity. Otherwise you won't be competitive, you won't be relevant. 

 Like Dorian is happy now only because he's a hippie whacked out on shrooms, doing yoga, banging Gal. Good for him. He doesn't even pretend to still be 'The Shadow.'

Most people can recover.
Unless they totally cooked organs, Leydig cells, pituitary axis, etc.

Palumbo doesnt even do TRT. recovered nicely. (Sits at about 500 total test).
