He’s a moron. That’s how the bubonic plague started. Pope said Black cats are linked to devil worshippers. Morons go out and kill cats. No cats, rat population sky rocketed and created disease.

Breweries and grain mills still use cats to this day as an extra precaution to keep rats/mice away.
