I'm home a LOT, but she could presumably sneak my 75" UHDTV out during the time I go train. I purposely keep very little of resell value here, but I do have that TV.

I COULD insist she come train with me or something. Or stay out of the house when I must be out. I could probably organize that.

Very good question. She could probably pay something, but short of a $2,500 security deposit, it wouldn't be worth the stress if things go south. And my experience has been that they always do.

Although I should point out, I have given up on people to a degree that just isn't healthy. I need to get back to doing SOMETHING. Training is basically my only hobby, and I'm trying to reintegrate people into my life.

I've basically been waiting to die for the past four years now. I mean, you could look at it that way. Two of those years were pretty strict lockdowns, but regardless - I'm wasting my prime years alone.

She is recently single, so who knows...if we fucked 10 times and she made odd with all my electronics, I could probably justify that to myself. NOT that that is the intention.

She isn't bad looking but you already have kids and I don't think you're intending to marry her and start a family. You don't need the money. There's no reason for you to do this. It will only bring you headaches.
