Matt....no one gives a single fuck when or if ever you do the 110s....
You will, because it's more than you can do. And more than all but maybe 10 guys in my city. So, it's safe to say it's a good lift.
you look like a fuckin twink regardless. YOU ARE NOT MEANT FOR LIFTING AND MUSCLE....JUST GIVE UP ALREADY.
And what do you suppose it says about you being 50+ pounds heavier and not as strong as me. It means I'm stronger, and don't exhaust from walking around because I don't weigh much.
You've looked the exact same the last 15 years. At least bitch hanks improves and does "shows" etc. He may not stay for the entire show and might shit his entire stomach out, but he shows up and actually makes changes in his appearance. You run on the other hand Matt.....run around in circles like a hamster on a wheel with no changes in your physique EVER
You look like a 12 year old teenager for fucks sake.....your life must truly suck....for years you've been on this site posting gym videos of you deadlifting etc and posing, while looking like a twink fool.....just give up dude
Gee, that couldn't have possibly happened by accident, which?

Being light - low BMI - is one of the HEALTHIEST things you can do for yourself.
It wasn't some accident that I stayed 170-lb for literally a decade straight. It was intentional, because I insisted whatever progress I made be constrained by perfect health, and next to nothing in terms of steroids, supplements, or even large caloric intake. Because all of that degrades the systems of our bodies, and reduces our systemic wellness and organ integrity.
You make it sound like that was by accident. My bench pressing 345-lb at 182-lb was proof that I obviously train hard and can make progress, but that I chose to be as physically healthy as I could be while doing that.
That was on purpose. Not due to some genetic inability to get bigger.
I could literally run gear for six months and be 220+, no problem. I don't do that because that will ONLY damage my health.
You make it sound like all of us who don't get bigger stay small because they failed to put on size. Did you think maybe some of us don't want to juice year-round and binge eat?
Not everyone shares your goals, and doesn't care about their long-term health.
