His way of training though is fun as hell. If I got 1/10 the results from it that he did, I wouldn't have stopped.

I'm flabbergasted at how many people I talk to who tell me they've had multiple surgeries from...just basically living. Injuries galore.
I've never had anything resembling an injury, with some incredibly shit form.
In Brutal's second training video, he said he had never been injured. I have go admit, I was shocked to hear that.
Also, for his dumbbell bench press set, it wasn't the form, but the cadence that was off. Maybe one side was considerably stronger, but whatever it was - each side did not go up at the same time.
