Look I am not even kidding given my current form I can 5 point throw a 250lb man. I am talking feet over head highlight real shit. Honestly if the rules were like Pro bodybuilding I would absolutely enter a tournament and destroy the other competitors my age. But they are not they under USADA and Olympic rules so not many people my age compete at all, and it would be completely unfair and unsportsman like for me to show up and beat the hell out of some local middle aged wrestling coaches.

In a boxing match I would be beaten badly. In a wrestling match I would win. As far as MMA it's 50/50 he can't avoid the takedowns like he used to and he is older and weaker now. If he could stay on his feet I would be in trouble but I don't think he can anymore especially not against me at my current size. I was 227lbs last night when I finally weighed in and it's not fat. I can take a punch on the way in. I don't think he can get up once I take him down. But he could catch me with a knee like I said boxing he wins wrestling I win MMA is a toss up given his current age and my size and wrestling skill matchup

Also on a personal note my sons mom just told me last night she signed him up for Tiger Tots at he local Martial arts school 2 days a week. So excited for him his training begins. Its a Ta Kwon Do school but I will put him in BJJ here so he can be well rounded. We had to wait until he was 3 as you cant do martial arts in a diaper they start them at 3 at most schools.

Haha my dad always said don’t drink gin it does bad things to us. So what did I do? strictly drink gin for years and got in so much trouble. Bars soon wouldn’t let me drink gin when I came in. It’s like it flipped a switch.

All Anderson Silva would have to do is call the 2 shitty mediocre amateur guys who beat the shit out of you in official mma competitions and get pointers from them.  Maybe he could call a few of your ex's and get pointers on how to avoid your punches as well.
