Arden was managing Black Sabbath at the time of Ozzy leaving / Dio entering. (He fired Ozzy).

She heard Ozzy was in a bad place, went to his apartment and found a drug-addicted mess of a person.
What they put together for the "Blizzard of Oz" album is now legendary. She got him out of his mess/funk,and got him working again.
He needs someone like that or he'd be long dead by now...
