I prepared a guy for the 2005 Jr Nationals (the same show Phil won), and they were both out in California for photo shoots shortly thereafter. The guy I helped came back asking a lot of questions in regard to insulin. He had indicated that Phil himself told him that he had used it in preparation for that show. I wasn’t there to hear it, just relaying what my guy had told me.
