Biggest bench I’ve ever seen there was 135 x 4. It was a guy named Ed Coan, he would have been the 18th strongest lightweight lifter on the east side of Thunder Bay.

Prime at first you just wouldn't confirm that it was 6.45 inches, but now you say it is tiny. This is new information. Matt, I think you should send Prime another video with some point of comparison like a ruler or measuring tape for clarification.

I’ve heard of B&W and Cheetah gyms, but haven’t trained at them. I did hear that B&W was a powerlifting dungeon kind of place. That’s a little further north in the City than we typically meet up at.

Have you lifted at Rockwell, or 2XL out in Lombard? Lances used to be a good place too, but it is a pretty long drive for me.

I will look into B&W and report back after I train there.

This is the best my chest has ever looked - when I have a pump, my pecs are ok. But at all other times, my chest is pretty flat.

Basically, I don't have any natural chest lines, so any lines you see comes from overhang from my chest mass itself. Contrast that with Mark Wahlberg, who has natural pec lines that make his chest separation visible even at 138-lb body weight.
