Spoke to a woman recently who had Covid, in her late 30's.

Said she still hasn't recovered, still out of breath.

Also said it damaged her joints, somehow messed up her collagen production and has since needed several back surgeries and 3 knee surgeries.

Before that she apparently had no health issues.

She had heart surgery 3 months prior

Zero clots during preliminary testing

My 44 y/o brother in law had a stroke which almost killed him

Drs admitted they have never seen someone in as good of shape as him

Zero history of strokes or heart attacks in the family

Actually, getting a hernia from defecating is not as uncommon as one thinks.

I got mine likely from deadlifting and squirting which is why I don’t do those exercises.

But anything that places stress on the abdominal wall can result in a tear.
