Botulism aside.... if you're not a competitive bodybuilder just a dude who likes to train and stick to a good diet, do you really think it matters what kind of protein or what brand of protein shake you use?
I know an ex pro football player, guy was fucking huge, like 280 lbs, (alot slimmer now) but I asked him if he drank any of the protein brands to maintainhis size when he was playing. He said nope 'those are garbage. They're all metals." I didn't understand what he meant by that. Anyway he said the only thing the trainers allowed them to drink was 1) water 2) cranberry juice and 3) whole milk.
