Tongkat Ali is a root powder with the supposed ability to increase Test levels around 75-150 points or so. Google Andrew Huberman and tongkat ali to see where I got the info from.  I don't usually buy into this kind of stuff, but this dude has been right before, IMO.  I tried his sleep concoction of L Theanine, Magnesium Threonate, and Apigenin for a few months and it was f'n money, so I believe him.

My test levels are mid 500s, so not bad.  Am trying this for 6 months and will get tested again.

When I say "real" tongkat, there's a ton of fake shit out there.  I used the version from microingredients .com.  $28 for 6 months, so it's a very inexpensive shot to try.  Powder tasted like a combination of battery acid and ground pennies.

One of these he said commonly increases testicle size. I really thought there are no herbs proven to reliably increase test but maybe that's wrong. If someone here is considering TRT it would be very interesting if they first tried these herbs and then got tested again.

HDL is lowered by steroids although orals are the biggest culprit. Winstrol can lower your HDL to zero pretty quickly. Zero.

Regarding high red blood cells. I haven't researched it closely but some experts and doctors say there's probably no harm in it running a bit high. They advice against blood donation. I asked an experienced endo whether there's any proof that blood donation is healthy or leads to better outcomes in HRT patients and he said it's true we don't know but that "we just don't like seeing high numbers." How high can RBC get if you are at high altitude? They say the same kind of numbers from TRT are fine, you don't have people at high altitude donating blood

Looks like the hemoglobin goes up about 2 points at very high altitudes. I think there are a lot of confounding factors though. If you've got high hemoglobin from what you're taking, also eating a ton of calories, on insulin, on GH, then there are so many variables that it gets difficult to decide what to do about a high hemoglobin. I think a low dose aspirin and donating blood if levels too high probably helps more than it hurts.

I buy the slin pins with a 25g needle.

Just swap to a new needle and trash the barrel. No need to back load or dull the needle.

They are like 25 cents.

I've never had a problem getting gear through a 25g.

I'm unsure about the gauge I have in the picture. Maybe it's a little thicker than a regular slin pin. But the oil flows suprisingly easily through these. I shot some oil base test, tren or whatever into my delt, 1ml in less than 10 seconds. Easy and smooth. What is a bitch is using larger barrels lwith plastic and rubber components. The fubber slows things down. I prefer the cheap plastic only syringes, much easier to push through. Actually I think the insulin syringe is also easier/faster to push through than a wider syringe, I'm sure there's a physics explanation.

Several years back I used 10ml syringes, when I did 5.5-6ml shots, 6ml was the most I ever shot into my glute. I could just barely fit 5.5ml in a 5ml syringe

If your bloodwork was decent, you would be posting it all over Getbig, not clipping little snippets and being in thick-headed denial about the damage you are doing to yourself.

In the end, I don’t care, you’re not the type of person who will be mourned. On your death bed you can show your son your last place medals and some photos of you from Getbig.
