Loved “ Muscle Mayhem “ ….used to post on RX Muscle (not anymore ) used to post on MD no bull forum (dead af now Giles making some posts to drum up interest and Howie prattling on and on making multiple threads then answering his own questions and replying to himself no thanks ) Pro Muscle like Wes said was cliques (Phil Viz/ Phil Herndon / selling synthol and other garbage) Even now  everyone reads checks out Getbig… Walker …. Nathan all those guys don’t let them fool you .. they read this shit  “ yea yea your on GetBig . Com right? “ have heard that over the years from many people including Pros at expo’s and shows …. They won’t admit it but they are here!

Hard for me to actively post anywhere else.

Honestly, everything is too over-moderated. This place became home a long time ago and it's been a blessing.

Shit, just the other day I got banned for 2 weeks from Twitter, from TWITTER!. It's sickening on many levels that people have become too sensitive to take a joke or even openly talk about subjects that are no longer considered politically correct.

Here, I think we are VERY reasonable. For someone to get banned, you have to do a lot and I mean a lot. We tend to give a Time Out on occasion for a week or two, but honestly, we are as lenient as it comes.

Just getbig.

The only other forum, the first forum I ever posted on was Ironage.us.

Ironage was awesome.  Started getting good when a lot of old time guys were posting regularly: Joe Meeko, Richard Baldwin, John Defendis, Serge Nubret.

True Adonis trolled Serge Nubrets thread by posting pics of himself.  Someone posted 'ignore him. He’s a troll from getbig.' So I checked out getbig and never went back to Ironage again.

I peruse pro muscle but like someone else said: it's clickish.

I read anabolicminds occasionally.  It's fairly active for training and supplements and diet information but sometimes unintentionally hilarious "ive been using creatine for 2 weeks and think im getting gyno. Help what do i do?" But theres nothing like gossip and opinions.

I used to lurk on the forums at T Nation. Someone from here was on there trolling & talking shit & they kicked them off. That's how I found out about getbig

Just a couple of months ago, I started getting emails from them almost daily with links to stupid articles on their site. It was weird because I hadn't been on that site in over 10 years, they just started up out of nowhere

Remember that idiot Shelby Sterns used to write articles for them, and there was another guy who used to write some good stuff about steroids & cycles, he knew his shit, can't remember his name tho..

There was another forum called "steroidology", they used to actively ban posting about steroids?
I got into it with a mod saying they should rename the site "proteinpowderology"

IronAge was great for quite a while, after Perine sold it to Scalise and company, it went downhill.
Not becasue of Bob, just that forums were starting to lose their luster and take a back seat to Facebook and other Social Media sites.

Heck, Dallas "Walking Dead" Cove used to post there. A true muscle-beast!

I stay in touch with Bob now and then....it`s been a while, and yes,good old Dallas Cove!  :D

Went on today and saw Steve from SNS (supplements) came out with some new herbal "test/muscle booster" people are saying "take my money" and "I just ordered 14 bottles" etc.
They take everything under the sun (as it relates to these products) and their physiques never change.  Odd...

It has the word "Anabolic" in it, so it must work?  :)

GetBig got me banned from competing in North Carolina - the head judge thought I had posted some bad shit about him on here and told me this was "his world' and preceded to kick me out of all his gyms and told me "good LUCk getting on stage again"


people read the hell out of this board - have for years
