I went in to see my Pulmonologist a week or so ago and explained to his nurse that I had gotten Covid but I said I was glad that I didn`t get the shot  because at my age with a pre-existing lung issue I would have probably died like so many others have.

She said you`re right, but  lets not forget that new strains keep popping up.......if it does and I contract it,I`ll just keep on keeping on like I did this time.

I drank a shitload of water,tripled up on my Vit. C,when I felt tired I didn`t give in to it,I stayed awake,my appetite was repressed somewhat but when I ate I forced myself to eat just a little more that I felt like eating, and I trained 6 days a week for the 2 weeks I had it.

In other words what the virus dictated I should do,I did just the opposite.

Been through too much shit to let a fucking cold take me out.

Just a glorified cold/flu IMO.

Drugs can obviously do a ton of good for people, especially diabetes, heart related stuff, life expectancy, etc.

I did 10g C for first three days (don't usually take), 50mg zinc (was taking 12-25mg), quercetin (was already taking), drank a ton of fluid, and treated symptoms with tylenol and slippery elm tea.  Slept when tired.

Sounds somewhat similar to what I did.....I thought about getting Zinc but I snoozed on it.

I take a coated aspirin everyday anyway but with the Covid I took a higher dose coated aspirin that my wife gets prescribed to her.

I only had two mild headaches and some bodyaches.....I probably didn`t have it as bad as some people get it but I attribute my recovery and ability to train through it because I am in decent shape whereas most guys my age have one foot in the grave already.

No ones forcing anyone to take a yearly shot. (Or course sheep will be in line for it).
Even before this plandemic, my Doc always said "you don't need that" about the flu vaccine.
Some may need it, most wont.

They'll never be trusted again anyways, shot themselves in the foot. (With many things).
