Haha, I don't disagree with your view at all that she's a fat, obese pig. However, it's got no relevance at all to her role - and I'm not a fan of her in the slightest. The Canadian in the photo, for example, is an pediatric infectious disease specialist and has been a fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. Would you rather have Jay Culter in his lab coat overseeing policy and budgets or a physician and PhD-qualified MP?
The Civil Service work in various government departments to implement the policies of these ministers. You've got a very small pool of individuals from each party who can be selected, so yeah, you're not going to get Dolph Lungren as the next secretary of state for health and social care. It's troubling that so many people in our country don't pay attention to how government actually works. It's far more important that the public focus on the views and voting records of some of these corrupt bootlickers - that way they can actually put forward well-reasoned arguments for why they shouldn't be supported.
