His GF probably doesn't have that low of an HDL. It's probably really his bloodwork.

I agree, but he will still bite at my first post before he gets this far down the thread

Ah.

Question: is it no big deal to have several things out of range?

I've never had anything out of range, ever. Some exceptions:

Super high sperm count [ropes], slightly elevated TSH from low calories, ketones present in urine [ketosis], low resting heart rate [bradycardia], etc.

Is it ok to be slightly out of range?

his creatine and electrolytes look great indicating that his renal function is good, so bun/cr ratio doesnt matter(not that ive ever seen anyone refer to it in practice).  his albumin is out of range by the smallest of margins .. ok well let's check the liver: his alt/ast are within range so liver function is good, so the marginal hypoalbuminemia is not concerning.

His inflammatorybowel disease is likely the cause of the anemic hematology values, also likely the cause of the low hemoglobin .. well, lower than you'd expect for a man with his musculature on "TRT".   Given that bhanks is able to maintain active lifestyle and doesnt have symptoms of anemia, it's not concerning.  Consider iron supplementation if symptoms arise.

LDL less than 100 is not associated with increased risk of CV disease. HDL is too low and is the biggest issue here.  In reality, his high blood pressure is what's gonna kill him and should be treated with medication post haste.

My blood pressure is in the ideal range I do not have high blood pressure

So presumably one can have lots of ropes, with a low sperm count.

With me, the two are highly correlated though.

High ropes = high sperm count [at least in my case].

Though this cycle may have changed that.

If you get sterilised you think you wont shoot ropes?

It will be ropes with no sperm

Jeez man I did this at school when I was 12

Healthy as an Ox

Your hematocrit is about points better than mine. Just good luck or do you donate blood to keep it low?

So how does one raise their HDL if it's too low?

Aside from medications is it something you can fix with diet?

I had a few danger-wanks in the school toilets at that age, too.

I did it with tons of cardio and loads of blueberries, apples and grapes.it was the only change I made. Mine was always around 30 and now it’s around 60.

Niacin might help.

Your bloodwork only shows you're not training, eating or "supplementing" hard enough. Your body would be stressed and in the danger zone if you were.

These bloodwork results are only one thing and that's PATHETIC! You bragged about how you're here to show us how to "getbig" but your bloodwork and current size only shows us that you're a fucking pussy! Unlike pussy Hankins, at least MattC did actually get bigger. Tits or no tits, he "got big"
