Look at Roger Walker as teen, or a few years into his twenties in first couple of photos in this link. Puts todays overdosed teens to shame. Also, scroll down to side chest when he was a youngster.

I also like Dorian, his recent training videos have really motivated me to try out his low-volume push past failure philosophy.

But he didn't deserve that win. I think I had a better bicep peak than him there lol
