I mean California, the entire state is falling into shambles because of the way democrats manipulated the rules behind recalls multiple times in order to keep power.
BTW, you seem to love Newsom but you ran away to some lily white neighborhood in a different state and can't even vote for him, why voice your useless opinion about him?
You are mistaken. I neither like nor dislike Newsom. Like you said I cannot vote for him currently. If and when he was to campaign to be elected President, my interest in finding out more about him, his political views, and his accomplishments and failures since holding office.
On a side note, the only city and state where I lived in a neighborhood which was not 'lily white' is Portland, OR. In the late 1960s my wife and I bought a house in what was then Portland's primary black neighborhood. About three quarters of the folks on our block were black. Also while living there, we worked as 'house parents' in two group homes for delinquent youth which was run by Reverend Jackson, who was black. So, not only did I live in a black neighborhood I also worked in one and for a black employer.
My residence for the past 23 years has been in West Linn, which is one of the three most 'lily white' neighborhoods in the Portland Metro area. These neighborhoods also have the highest rated school districts in the state, average incomes which exceed $135K, and home prices that are between $1 and $10 mil. The city of West Linn has its own police department and is listed as having the lowest crime rate of any city in Oregon. On the negative side, our property taxes are among the highest in the state. Apparently,
when it comes to where to live, you get what you pay for no matter what race you are.
