i have 16 weeks for my show and since this is my first time doing this, i was wondering if this is enough time. i've been training hard core for like a month now and i can really tell a difference in my abs(im loving it ;D) but i want to look AWESOME. i want to suprise everyone :o even myself by the time the show comes around. this has been my dream for the longest time so if anyone would give me some advice or walk me through stuff i would greatly appreciate it ALOT ALOT ALOT. im kinda familiar with the way this works but i may be lacking important info, thanks. any tips of losing weight faster. anything. thanks again. :D
