John Cena ? Acromegaly
« on: September 23, 2022, 06:27:52 PM »
I recently saw that fire fighter movie starring Cena and noticed how broad his nose jaw and forehead have become compared to photos from 2010.

To me this looks like signs of GH use / abuse

Anyone good at putting photos side by side to compare?

Getbiggers thoughts?

His physique still looked good (no homo) in Peacemaker (great show) It didn't show obvious signs of someone overdoing it on GH, but almost definitely using.

Forehead could just a receding hairline and he's always had a lantern jaw. The human nose also never stops growing, so it would be normal for it to be a bit bigger now than 20 years ago. Hard to say to what degree is just natural growth.

The dreaded Palumboism hasn't hit him too hard yet, but I'm sure it's only a matter of time.

Whoa, the comparison photos really point out his facial changes :o

Is it true the nose continues to grow ? I thought like all other bones it's stops growing when we are in our early twenties unless you're slamming in the GH

The nose is cartilage not bone.

Nose and ears. Which is why you'll see a lot of old men who look like this

Just my $0.02....

As we age, certain parts to our body continue to grow due to the tug exerted by gravity. Particular to our faces/heads, our nose and ears continue to lengthen. This is because of gravity, not actual growth. As you age, gravity causes the cartilage in your ears and nose to break down and sag. This results in droopier, longer features. I remember reading that on Discovery's website somewhere.

His hairline might have also receded a tad and that can also make his forehead appear bigger/wider.

Aging is a bitch gentlemen.

Him and Kai going nose to nose, trying to assert dominance in the front double nostril flare was one of the most primal sporting events of this generation.

I think so - and despite what people say, I think he masked the GH sides pretty well too...

Broken noses. Probably had it built back up with rib or ear cartilage.

I'm sure this whole 'GH changing the face' thing is largely a myth in men. There's loads of pro bodybuilders with recessed faces (Cedric, for example). It clearly did nothing to help them.

He deserved more from his career. He put the work in.

The difference in density in those pics is ridiculous. Phil's gut problems had also started there.

An embarassment, with your physique being up for judgement from start to finish on stage any evidence of a big fat gut should drop you down to last! There should be no excuses like oh it's because he takes this and this, no! Ping him to the back and find the next in line without any kind of fatness, bloat or distension.

That's on him. He stopped competing at the wrong time. He might have have beaten Rhoden the year he won and almost certainly would have  beaten Curry the year he won.

Could have retired with 2 or 3 Mr Os instead of sulking.

I'd agree but i think he's done pretty well for himself business wise, no?  He used to hustle with a ton of guest posings every year
